Our Partner Referral Program offers you an easy way to increase your profit margin and satisfy your customer's needs for recovery of their lost data. We offer two different Partner Referral Program options. Once you have signed up for our referral program, your benefits will start with your 2nd successful recovery referral or job sent in to us.
Option A - Reseller: As a reseller you contact us directly. You provide a Data Recovery Form with each drive you send and list your company name in the Referred By section for a automatic upgrade to our Priority Service Evaluation. We offer you a discount off each successful recovery. Our charge to you will be our Priority Service Evaluation at no charge minus the discount agree to. ( In order to receive the priority Service Evaluation you must have submitted two jobs per month to qualify). This discount does not apply to media storage, and /or shipping fees. We have no contact with the customer unless otherwise instructed by you.
Option B-Referral: Vioplex, Incorporated agrees to pay you, the referring partner, a referral fee for each customer referred to us by you. The referrral fee applies to successful recoveries only and will be a percentage of what the customer pays us for recovery of their data. This does not apply to any priority fees, media storage, and/or shipping fees or any service other than data recovery authorized by the customer. The customer must indicate that they were referred by you or your company in order for you to recieve credit for the referral. As an incentive for the customer to mention your name, your referred customer will receive a Free upgrade to our Preferred Evaluation Services. We will contact the customer directly with results of the evaluation and will all information relating to the recovery.

Standard Evaluation ( Free)
Standard working hours. 2-3 business days for evaluation.
Preferred Evaluation ( Free)
Moves job ahead of standard service jobs. Response within 1-2 business days. Available through approved referral or by making a reservation by phone.
Priority Evaluation* ( $250.00 upfront fee)*The priority Service evaluation fee is a non-refundable upfront fee.
Takes precedence over standard and preferred service jobs and ensures same day evaluation during stardard working hours.
