We provide both Tape Recovery & Conversion services.  We like to classify your tapes, before we receive them.  If your tapes came out of a known environment, for example: you know what backup software was used to create the backup sets, the settings or compression used, and there is no known damage. Then this would be considered a Tape Conversion.  If your tapes are in an unknown state, this is considered Tape Recovery.  This can include errors, unknown backup set, and missing tapes in a set, this is considered Tape Recovery.  There are price differences, based on damage & tape status.  Please call us for an accurate quote.
